BMA Modelling Agency interview questions

First by phone and then in person or by zoom during Covid 19, friendly personel, very family orientated workplace, warming and welcoming, nothing to be fearful off, and good location, near train station, easy access

I don't even know if you can call this an interview. When I arrived the manager didn't know why I was there, despite me being invited there. She didn't know what position I had applied to, despite it being a very small company with under 20 employees and a member of staff had just quit, so it was obvious which role I was applying for. I got asked no questions about my skills or experience. I was barely given the chance to speak, I sat there as the manager talked about her own position for about half an hour. She even googled the job title I had applied to and gave me a brief overview off a google listing - shockingly unprofessional! By the end of the "conversation", I was then told that rather than wait to hear about the status of my application - I could choose if I wanted the job or not and let HER know. A very strange experience indeed.
