Did 3 interviews using MicroSoft Teams. Got to know them while interviewing. Did a in-person interview a week later with the owner, which was very easy to talk with. A week later they sent me a offer.

Pretty straight forward. Basic questions about my experience and background. One one interview with the manager of the department in an empty conference room. Was nice and welcoming and did not make me feel uncomfortable at all.
