I applied through INDEED and received a call back within 2 days. They scheduled me for a zoom overview of the company and the position. I completed the questionnaire after the overview and was contacted by 3pm that day to arrange a final interview. The final interview was one on one with a senior agency director via zoom. It lasted about 30 minutes and in the end he made me an offer that was conditional on my getting licensed. I accepted and immediately registered for the course to get certified and licensed to sell in Ontario.
