Interview
Two interviews. The first is a casual call which is very get-to-know-you and informal. The second one is a panel where different managers ask you why you want the internship/about your experience. Very basic. Recommend that you do a lot of research about BPx and find ways to worm that in to your talking points.

Why do you want this internship? Why are you interested in this field? What problem would you like to see fixed in the world/how does your career fit into that?
