Interview
Initial Telephone interview which tried to emphasise that this is an intangible product and service, therefore it was a more difficult sale. Very honest and to the point - stated that you may have 18 bad days but 3 fantastic ones.
At the interview we spent 45 minutes being shown the services and company background. We then spent time with a current new business sales person, which was very beneficial. Their earnings for Kent were amazing, saw the person I sat with pay slip (£7,200 last months earnings). She had been there a few years but loved the buzz and atmosphere. She did state that the job was hard work and it can take time to understand all the sales presentation process as everything is visual and on-line.
I was then seen and interviewed by two managers.
I was then asked to call in and pitch the first part of their sales script.
