Very cordial and honest interview. Was done initially on phone, then more indepth in person. On phone discussed general info on myself. Such as background experience and what interested me to want to join company. Also some general concerns, such as physical abilities and what the company is looking for in and individual. In person, more in depth company history and customer base concerns and expectations.
