I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at BSES (New Delhi) in Sept 2012

Interview

Fine and friendly. The HR Manager tried to make the interview process a lot cooler. The interview started after the written exam was over. Senior HR personnel came to meet me and asked me about my family. Why you want to join this industry (Energy). How can you bring more revenues to our company.
