Had one very short interview. They seemed like they were in a rush to hire. Explained in brief what the project is about and the major timelines as well. Did not smile once and asked short, straight-forward questions. Ended the interview prematurely due to other commitments.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asked a couple of basic questions about my experience and then asked if I can handle the project described.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BT/A in Feb 2019
Interview
Started with a phone interview just to screen. Once this was passed, I met with 2 directors that I would be working with, and finally the VP I would be working under. The 2 directors conducted the interview in a typical manner, but the VP really got into the nitty gritty questions.
Both sessions really just wanted to see how you fit in with the people there. Personality and work ethic are big factors in the process, although the turnaround was very rushed. Once I finished with the VP, they asked if I could come in 2 days later.

Question 1
They asked about past marketing experience and how I handle stress. They also asked how long I intended to keep the position if I got it, possibly so they can ensure to hire people long-term.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at BT/A (Toronto, ON) in June 2016
Interview
The interview process was extremely brief. It almost felt too casual. Be prepared to be honest, and show your true colours. They want to see if you're a hard worker, can keep up with the fast-pace and will get along with the rest of the team.

Question 1
Hardly any questions, mostly personal to get a feel of who I was as a person and worker.
