Very chill. Very open, and helpful. They answer all of your questions and the interview is more like a conversation. I didn't feel I was being interviewed. The person who interviewed me just wanted to get to know me, he loved my work. We ended up talking in Portuguese and it was a fun interview.

Interview
Sit down with the manager and have a get-to-know-you conversation. I got a quick 2 minute tour of the studios and then he told me about the job and asked me some basic interview questions.
