there is 3 stages of interviews, HR interview, Skill Intreview, and Cultural Fit. Process is takien no longer then 3 weeks. First is meeting with HR department to check basic information about a candidate , then meeting with Hiring Manager, and work focused questions. Last is meeting about values and team in Back Market
