The interview process for me was unique, as I was automatically admitted to Politeknik Statistika STIS, a university operated by BPS (Statistics Indonesia). This institution selects students directly to prepare them for careers in government statistics, providing specialized training and education focused on data analysis, statistical methods, and official statistics used across Indonesia.
