I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Baker Hughes (Delft) in June 2019
Interview
- Screen call with the recruiter (external company called Arrows Group)
- Motivation/competency on-site interview with Software Engineering Manager and with (Build System) Product Owner
- Culture-fit on-site interview with couple of the engineers from the team (did not happen as I declined after the first interview
How do you handle conflicting priorities? If your colleagues would be constantly queuing at your desk with the problems they need your help with, how would you make sure you main work (project) gets done?

Interview
Three technical rounds all heavily focused on Kubernetes concepts. If you're applying for Devops/Cloud/AWS/Azure/Build engineer roles be prepared for an avalanche of Kubernetes questions. They use K8 on Azure mostly and also use ArgoCD for CI CD, Prometheus for monitoring. The interview experience was nice and professional
