I applied online, and after a week I got email to do video call interview in Hirevue. The interview has 7 questions and have 3 minutes to answer each question. Just keep calm and practice first.

Give an example where you lead a group through a tough situation? What is the situation? What was the outcome?
Great time, questions were good. Doing it through HireVue was a good experience. I would recommend practicing in the mirror a couple times just to see how you are reacting.

The process was fairly good. You must do a video interview in which you answer questions about your experiences related to your major. Mainly any roles or related roles in which you demonstrated leadership qualities.
