Processo começa com uma etapa virtual com um video de apresentação. Passando desta fase, tem o processo seletivo presencial todo em um dia: apresentação pessoal, dinâmica de grupo, desafio em conjunto. No intervalo de almoço, os avaliadores deliberam sobre os candidatos que devem passar para entrevista com RH e liderança na parte da tarde e o resultado é compartilhado ao término do almoço. Somente os selecionados para entrevistas ficam na parte da tarde e o resultado final sai na mesma semana.

1- HR 10-5 minutes call 2- half day assessment( case study - technical interview - group activity) -Basic case study (20 min) - Technical interview ( tell me a time u made a mistake and how did u deal with it?) - Group activity (try to participate as much as u can)

All behavioral questions on HireVue. Nothing technical. No other interview after that. About 2 months later, I received a job offer through email. Surprised that was their whole process. Overall, very easy interview, you get multiple attempts before submitting your answer.
