It was an online interview with 3 different questions, about diversity and inclusion, commercial awareness and something that interested you about it and about baker mckenzie and their culture and values
Firstly, video interview. Then, Watson Glaser Test. Finally, a clerkship day which includes group assessment and written task based on the group discussion (Both Chinese and English will be assessed).

Online submission with questions -> video interview with questions that you randomly pick, 1 minute prep time, quite difficult -> assessment day, involved group case study, QnA session, and drafting exercise.
