Baltic Control interview questions

The interviewer who took my interview rejected me just because I am pursuing my Doctorate degree. Like honestly is this even a reason to reject a candidate? He finds it irrelevant that I am pursuing my Doctorate degree even though I have 8.5 years of experience in HR holding an MBA degree. To add to this he himself can't even speak proper English and kept fumbling. They are supposed to be MNCs shame on you guys when you don't encourage your staff or candidates to pursue higher education and reject them on the grounds that they are highly ambitious and are pursuing Doctorate degree. Such interviewers should not even be authorised to conduct interviews who have such poor decision making skills. Shame on you guys, you are an utter disappointment to the corporate industry.
