I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Bancroft (Cherry Hill, NJ) in Sept 2013
Interview
The interview process was nothing difficult, but depending on the manager how you answer the questions can determine whether you get a position in a specific house or not. Most of the questions will pertain to what makes an employee a good candidate for dealing with/advocating the developmentally disabled population. Stress any care-taking/healthcare experience you have. A knowledge of psychology would also benefit an employee within the interview.
