It was very thorough and somewhat brief too. They ask questions related to mechanical engineering especially subjects like thermodynamics, heat transfer, design. they also asked about my background, what I expect from the institution and at last salary expectation

Interview
First of all I enquired regarding the vacancies and then I got a call from the college to attend the interview in couple days. I went to the college and there are two rounds of interview 1.Demo 2.Personnel / salary negotiation round. I attended the demo round which is quite good. Other than the principal everybody is supportive. Principal had asked me " whether I am comfortable to give 2 years bond" & I answered "if the work environment is good and the pay salary is in time to time I don't have any objections to give the same (I replied bcoZ of previous bad experience with some other college). He laughed and said every thing in the planet is not perfect. I understood what he meant, and moved out of the interview room with a big dilemma.
