Interview was for an urgent hire position, which is why they scheduled the in-person interview almost immediately after my phone call with the recruiter. Was very apparent that the hiring manager in charge was not prepared whatsoever for the interview, which lead to a very unfocused conversation. Shortly after concluding the interview, I was given a phone call with the official job offer. Management talks about long term prospects but prefers multi year contracts instead of hiring permanent position.
