Bank of Scotland interview questions

the process started with a telephone interview, followed by an in person interview a few days later, plus an additional role play scenario where the expectation was to upsell home insurance products.

Very calm interview, felt like a conversation not a questionnaire, included technical and non technical questions, but overall always relative to the presented cv and linking to the position. The interviewers were very nice and provided a good overview of the position and its requirements.
