I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Banked (London, England) in Sept 2022
Interview
3 hour long interviews, technical questions and discussions. Most were 1:1, most with the specific team, one with a senior technical leader. Last interview also asked about the desires of the role and assumptions on what you'd be asked to do.
This was for a brand new team who were starting greenfield projects. Lots of the questions were very ambiguous.
Got declined an offer because I was ambitious for technical strategy, implementation ownership and they were looking for "hands on commitment, [they] didn't think I'd stick around"
