Interview
I called Banner Bank in Grass valley California to inquire about an opportunity I seen listed for a teller. I called the phone number provided. I spoke with Tina Reynolds. She was courteous, clear and professional. After a brief introduction, I explained that I was interested in the teller position, and I was in close proximity to that location. I asked if I could come in and talk with her face to face. Tina agreed. I felt comfortable and welcomed. when I arrived, she gave me detailed description of the job, and its requirements. she asked me if I had any questions or concerns. She inquired about my past employment history, and any skills that I had acquired that might apply to the teller position. Tina introduced me to the staff working that day. I appreciated the overall feeling I got form everyone and made me more excited to join the team. Tina encouraged me to start the online application process. I went straight home and did so immediately. Everyone I have met during this entire process has been outstanding, professional, and super helpful.
