Several interviews.. 1st: Call with HR Rep to prescreen whether you have a pulse and qualifications for the role. 2nd: Hour-long call with what would be my manager. 3rd: Panel interview with my manager and three other leaders from different areas. 4th: Panel interview with my manager and my future team.
