Straight forward. One case study interview and one personality interview. They wanted to see how you would present yourself and your story telling skills. Staff are very nice, and the whole assessment day was pleasing.

You first start with an online assessment which covers your understanding of basic energy supply (without any particular background knowledge, it is relatively straightforward to grasp it on the go)
The second step was an assessment centre which involved one case study, one group activity and one for inteview with the manager and HR.
