Give you a sheet of questions to fill in and ask you some simple questions but it’s a very informal interview and it’s just to get to know a bit about you
After that you have a trail day and tour around the shop,
They also call your references and ask them a couple questions on why you would be suitable

Very casual and friendly, just ask you two simple questions like why you want to work at barnado's and why retail. You pretty much just discuss your shift timings on the spot and beginning soon as training is finished
