The interview process was pretty straightforward and relaxed. I applied online and was contacted shortly after to schedule an interview. During the interview, they asked about my background, any hands-on experience (especially with assembling or soldering), and how I handle detailed work. It felt more like a conversation than a formal interview, and they were interested in seeing if I was a good fit for a small, fast-paced startup environment. Overall, the process was smooth and not too stressful.
