Meeting at Starbucks, follow up email, another meeting at Starbucks, offer letter, tour facility, meet select staff, no reference checks no background check no drugs screen, start immediately. That's it. Easiest interview of my life.

One private meeting in a public setting. One tour of the facility. Introduction to all staff even though it was only my first interview. One on one interview with the CEO himself.

Can you do the job? Why are you looking switch employers? Can you deal with difficult people? Have you worked in Production before? If not, that doesn't matter so long as you have a college degree.
