The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Chicago, IL) in June 2012
Interview
Basically, you come in an turn in your application. They put you down for an interview either tuesday or thursday during their interview season. You come in for a group interview at your scheduled time and basically answer the average behavioral questions asked in an interview and then they ask you to sell a product which is fairly easy if you are comfortable with speaking in a group. Which is what sales is all about. Remember to ask questions at the end!
