I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Richmond, BC) in July 2012
Interview
It was a very relaxed group interview. There was 8 of us and we were led into the back room of the store. The store manager first told us to fill in an availability sheet. Then she asked us to introduce ourselves, then we did a mock demo and had to sell a product to a fellow interviewee. Then she asked us why we should be hired. That was pretty much the end of the interview. The store manager went into a lot of the details of how the job worked and what she expected of us. It was a very informing and friendly interview.
