I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Hamilton, ON) in Nov 2012
Interview
I saw online that they were hiring for the holidays, so I emailed my resume to the manager. She asked me a few questions about my availability, then I had a group interview the following week with two other people. The interview itself was pretty laid back and the managers were nice. The questions were mostly situational ones and straightforward. I was told that I should know at the beginning of the next week whether or not I got the job, so I was surprised when I got the call the day after.

Question 1
What would you do if a customer wanted to return a used candle?
Group interview. Typical questions about past experience, dealing with customers, and working with a team. They also ask you to pick a product and describe what you like about it like you’re trying to sell it.

I applied online. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works in Oct 2025
Interview
First, they called to set up an interview. Then, they interviewed in a small employee area of the store. They said they would get back to me within three days then they ghosted me. I called to follow up and was told they would get back to me the next week. Again, I was ghosted with zero communication (not even a rejection email).
