I went in and asked to speak with the manager. I asked if they were hiring they said yes and she immediately signed me up for an interview which was the next day. I dress up, looking presentable. They took me to the back room for the interview asked me a lot of questions took about 20 minutes. Then she told me they do a lot of call in's for this job. Then said they will check references and should hear from then no later then a week.

Very superficial, they will rate you out of 10 on looks and more before they decide to hire you. There is no office so interviews are conducted in the back store in a crammed area with no privacy.
