It is a group interview that involves a demo of your favorite product (lotion, spray, etc.) After you do that they will call you a few weeks later to let you know when you get the job. Once that happens its just paperwork to fill out and you are set!

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
