The interview was in the store I was applying to and it was very straight forward. The whole idea was to make sure you have decent communication skills to talk to customers.

I showed up at the store in person with my resume, and there was a huge stack of them there! I called back after about a week to follow-up, and the manager asked me to come in for an interview. She just asked me a few basic questions about customer service and availability and that was it! The whole thing was probably 10 minutes.
