I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Chino, CA)
Interview
This was towards the end of October. I went in and asked for an application. Filled it out and returned it the next day to one of the supervisors. It was maybe a few days later (no more than a week) when I received a call for an interview for the next day. I was told it would be a group interview, and I go there and it was. I got there and was told to just hang out in the store to wait for the others to arrive. I went and smelled and got familiar with the scents (just in case they would ask me questions about it). There were 5 girls being interviewed. We were being interviewed by one of the co-manager. She asked the usual questions,"Tell me about yourself," "why do you want to work here?" "what are you going to school for" etc. There was one unexpected question, and that's really it. It really didn't feel like an interview because it was pretty laid back. I wore a short sleeve top with some black pants and heels. Business casual. Received a job offer the next day and went in that same day for orientation.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
