I applied in-person. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works in July 2013
Interview
I was called in for an interview about a month after turning in my paper application. The manager interviewed me and 1 other person at the same time. I had never been in a group interview before, so I wasn't sure if it would be tense or not. It was one of the funnest interviews I have had so far! No tension and though it felt friendly AND competitive since it was just me and one other person (who ironically currently worked for the same company and didn't even know it.) The manager was very upfront and respectful about everything. I loved the atmosphere and enthusiasm. It was professional as well as fun. She said to give her a week before she would call and inform us on there decision because she had to get a hold of our references first..and she was spot on! One week later (almost on the hour) I got a job offer from her and scheduled orientation dates.

Question 1
I had done so much research on this site that none of the questions were really unexpected or difficult. It was mostly situational questions like "If a customer is unhappy how do you handle it?" etc.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
