Not much to describe. It felt like they would hire anyone. I feel all jobs should require at least somewhat of a structured interview. You wouldn't want to hire someone who isn't right for the position and then not keep them, it's not fair to either side when many things can be found out in an interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Bristol, TN)
Interview
The interview process was very easy, but straight to the point. Asked what are some of my strengths and weaknesses, if I had experience in retail before, and my willingness to have a flexible schedule and hours of availability.

Question 1
They asked me what were the hours I was willing to work?
Very short process, liked the job but unfortunately I had another job offer I had preferred more, went ahead to decline the offer but would work with them in the future
I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Cherry Hill, NJ)
Interview
phone interview; the woman doing it was rude and stupid. she denied my application because I didn't call her at our scheduled time even though every other phone interview the company calls you. when I told her that she very rudely said she's "never heard of that" so I hung up.
