I had two interviews with HR that went well. They said I would be moving to an interview with the hiring manager and then ghosted me. A couple months later she emailed and said they went with somebody else.
Multiple rounds of interviews with various team members and people not on the direct team. Each interview was with about 2 people and 30 minutes long. HR is quick with feedback.

Interview
I had an initial telephone interview that seemed to go well. The recruiter told me she wanted to progress me to the round of interviews with the hiring manager. I didn’t hear anything for two weeks and reached out. She said they were having scheduling issues. Two weeks later I was told they filled the position .
