I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Sterling Heights, MI) in July 2015
Interview
The interviews are ALWAYS group interviews. I had no idea until I walked in the door. It was very chill and laid back, took place on the floor with a couple of other girls. My (now) manager told us to pick out our favorite shea butter lotion and perfume scent and "sell it to each other". I personally thought I did awful because I suck under pressure but just be relaxed, smile a lot, be pleasant, and try to answer the questions first.
