I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (San Antonio, TX) in July 2013
Interview
You'll go to the back and be asked to tell a little about yourself and to sell an item. I enjoyed the interview because I like talking about myself and I love sales. It's a job but it's not something I would recommend unless you just need extra cash it's not a steady income. I did like the job though.
I applied online. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Carolina, PR) in June 2026
Interview
Group interview. They asked us our availability, and to tell them something about us. There were 3 of us, and the whole thing lasted about 30 minutes. 2-3 questions and in the end we needed to "sell" to one of the interviewers one of the products they had to choose from.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
We are customer-centered, to you, how would you describe an ideal customer service experience in our store?
I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Vaughan, ON) in May 2026
Interview
Involved group interview, asking a lot of scenario based questions and how to build a genuine connection with customers. There were times were the interviewer would act as the customer and you would be tested on what to do.
I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Lawrenceville, GA)
Interview
The interview process was not too difficult. Very basic questions like how would you sell this product. They also wanted to know the availability. They also let me know the growth opportunities at Bath and Body Works.
