Fijn open solicitatie gesprek, alle lagen van het bedrijf gesproken en duidelijk verwachtingen uitgesproken. Tour van faciliteiten gehad en kantoren gezien. Test van technische vaardigheden gebeurde in een mondeling gesprek, in een natuurlijk gesprek waarbij men doorvroeg om begrip en vaardigheden te testen.

Interview
There was an initial recruiter screening discussion, then discussions with the hiring manager (3 times), then on site with adjacent colleagues. questions included some light domain related things, then more on STAR things. interviews were done remotely.

Question 1
How would you maintain professional teamwork if one or more colleagues have different expectations and interpretations of the work, deliverables, and how to do the work?
There was one introductory interview with someone from HR and one more in depth about the function and technical knowledge. The interviewers were kind but I had to wait a long time and call for a follow-up between the interviews. They said they would respond within a week but it took much longer.
