Straight forward and to the point easy to negotiation back and forth. The president of the company and there billing/guy that made sure they got paid. And you will be expected to buy random stuff online instead of focusing on your work.

Interview
Go through union and show up for interview. After going through questions and work history which were very generic, a drill was issued to me along with hard hat and vest and I went down to near by clinic for Urination test and out to job site in same day.. Simple and smooth transition.
