Called to come in for an interview. Submitted application. Filled out paperwork and was called back with another new hire to complete paperwork to hire in. They wanted to see if we were willing to work 7 days a week 12-14hrs a day.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bay View Foods (Pinconning, MI) in June 2019
Interview
Applied to job on Indeed, was told to come in and fill out a paper application in person. Interviewed immediately. After a background check I was hired over the phone a few hours later. Started work the next day.

Only question I was really asked was what were my salary expectations. Didn’t really ask a lot about me, just laid out the details of the position and expectations.
