pay is low for whats required, when safety harness is required to comply with osha regulations you are told that they have harness but they are the wrong type, and to climb 20 plus feet on wet metal ladders with no tie off or fail safes to protect you while you working the converors.
horrible pay, all the employees where high all the time. during the time i worked their a maintenance worker left exposed wiring against the metal supports of the sorting area almost electrocuting the woman sorting.
