I applied online. I interviewed at Bazaarvoice (Austin, TX) in Sept 2019
Interview
Process was pretty seamless- coordinated phone screen a few days after applying, scheduled next phone interview for a few days later, had final interviews after 1 week, and got the offer the next day. The process took about 2 weeks total.

Looking back at your last job, what is something you would've done differently?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bazaarvoice (Hamburg) in July 2025
Interview
This was one of the most dispiriting interview processes I ever went through.
I reached the middle stage. Although the initial screening call was straight-forward, all of the emails I got from the recruiter were automated, including the one telling me I was unsuccessful. There was no reply to my request for feedback.
Confidently I would say do not bother applying, there were too many things amiss.

The questions they asked me were the usual questions you would expect.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Bazaarvoice (Austin, TX) in Feb 2021
Interview
Great interview process. It was very well structured and focused on getting to know both the interviewer and the candidate. Each employee did a great job of interviewing and getting to know me.
