I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at BeOne
Interview
About 75% of the interviews used the words "chaotic," "stressful," or some form of "some days I want to cry." One person laughed when I mentioned a 40 hour work week. CEO apparently told people on a project to get system X implemented in months (normally year/s) or else they'd be fired...that's like me telling the CEO how to do his job...'if you don't get a buyout in 3 weeks you're fired.' See how stupid that sounds. Also spoke to an IT manager who was adamant there was a regulatory requirement for developers at a software vendor to comply with regulatory training requirements. The fact this person believed this shows how the Peter Principle is in full play.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at BeOne
Interview
Horrible process. No feedback, no callbacks, poor interviewing. I highly suggest management look into this process because it turned me off so much that I wouldn’t work there if you paid me double. Oh and btw - I am not a bitter, rejected candidate. I’ve left other reviews for companies where I wasn’t hired but this is the first negative one I’ve written. Good riddance!
Panel interview focused on work experience. Be prepared to answer behavior questions. Overall process took a few weeks. Talent acquisition is very busy, had to follow up multiple times for feedback.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BeOne (New York, NY)
Interview
There were several interviews, including both technical, behavioral and cultural/social. They were not particularly difficult and mostly quite straightforward.
Unfortunately after 4 interviews I was told that the role was no longer available after a change in the company's plans, so it became a waste of both parties' time.
