Generally pleasant. I interviewed with 8 or 9 people over the course of a few months. Everyone was considerate, passionate and professional. I went to the final round and didn't wind up getting the role but left with a good impression of the company

A lot of varied questions based on marketing expertise and leadership capabilities. They are looking to make a culture change to drive more innovative and brand building expertise vs. strict general management in their marketing team.

Relativamente rápido e simples. Entrevista com RH depois gestor da área. Tinha também um DISC. Histórico corporativo em empresas de destilados é um plus. Fizeram questionamentos lógicos, operacionais e perguntas estratégicas.
