Fast, streamlined, structured. They were polite and easygoing. Explained everything in detail. They are flexible on scheduling the next call. Overall - it was a great experience! I recommended at least 5 people (my friends).

Interview
Interview was short. It lasted about 10 to 20 minutes. They asked standard interview questions (education, experience...) and some grammar questions. The interviewer also asked how would I behave in certain situations if child reacts in different ways and to explain why would I react that way.
