Applied online, received a fairly quick turn-around invitation to an initial phone screen. In the screen, the recruiter was pleasant and responsive. But the tone of the interview was quite stiff and felt very prescribed. I understand its challenging to create connection over a virtual interview, but would have loved if the recruiter made more of an effort to be conversational, more eye-contact, less tied to the typical q's, and more personalized to the resume/experiences that related to the role. Especially when recruiting for a management-level position. Would have made for a more engaged candidate experience.
