Long and tedious process that lasted 4 months, 4 interviewing processes
Late replies that takes up to 2 weeks between each interview process, then while going through the final process, they posted the same vacancy on LinkedIn and apologized to me that they decided not to go further with me
Normally decent hiring/interviewing process doesn’t take that long and doesn’t let interviewees fully complete all the stages before knowing they are not a fit

Interview
There was 2 rounds for me. 1 HR and 1 tech like. They gave me homework which we discussed in tech round. This homework was around 3-4 hours work for me at least. It seems to be there was something wrong with the solution but they never tell me what exactly. No feedback at all from the HR. So basically waste of time.
