HR screen turns into an annoying behavioural interview. I suggest you come prepared with the pre-canned answers about conflict resolution, teamwork, seeking feedback, giving feedback, etc. etc.
Also the HR recruiter will ask in depth questions about experience with microservices, etc. and will judge your answers based on term-matching (e.g. use the term "decoupled" and "event-driven" to get points).
Eventually the HR screen turns into a discussion about pay - just be prepared for the very low pay ranges this company has.

The process was pretty smooth for having to do 3 rounds of interview.
1. Screening, 2nd, QnA with technical questions 3rd meeting with the manager and other leads.
Nothing really bad I would say

The salary ranges are very low for the industry.
They need to seriously start paying more because this company is known to do layoffs and have low salary growth year to year.
